Selling price of the product

The selling price will be displayed separately for each product.

The selling price includes consumption tax.

Shipping and handling are not included.

* Prices are subject to change at any time, but changes made after the order is placed will not apply.

■ Shipping fee: 1,100 yen (tax included) nationwide

* However, if you purchase more than 30,000 yen (tax included), the shipping fee will be free.

■ Bank transfer: Please pay the transfer fee.

■ Cash on delivery: Cash on delivery fee is free.

■ Credit card payment (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB)

Only the card in the name of the orderer can be used.

Payments cannot be split into multiple credit / debit / prepaid cards.

■ Bank transfer

* Only reserved products can be paid by credit card or bank transfer.

 

Payment time

■ Credit card payment: Payment will be confirmed when you place an order.

■ Bank transfer: Please pay within 7 days from the date of order.

■ Cash on Delivery: Please pay to the delivery person when the item arrives.

 

Delivery time of goods

■ Regular items: We will ship within 5 business days from the date of your order.

■ Reserved products: Please refer to each product page.

 

Application expiration date

■ Bank transfer: Within 7 days after ordering. If you do not make a payment for 7 days after placing an order, we will assume that you have no intention of purchasing and will automatically cancel your order.

■ Cash on Delivery: If you do not receive the item within the storage period of the shipping company, we will assume that you do not intend to purchase it and will automatically cancel the order.

* If the item is out of stock, we will contact you by email at any time.

 

Cancel

Please note that we cannot accept cancellations after your order has been placed.

 

Returns / Exchanges

If the delivered product is defective, or if a product different from the one you ordered arrives, we will bear the shipping cost for returning the product and we will handle the return or exchange.

■ Please be sure to contact us within 7 days after the item arrives.

■ Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.

■ When it is convenient for the customer

■ If there is no request for return or exchange in advance

■ If more than 8 days have passed since the item arrived

■ When the product is used, repaired, processed, washed, or cleaned

■ When the product becomes dirty or scratched by the customer

■ If the product has an odor (pets, cigarettes, perfumes, cosmetics, etc.)

■ If the delivery note, product tag, price tag, label, or accessories are damaged, soiled, or lost

■ If the product condition at the time of return is significantly different from that at the time of delivery (including package, box and accessories)

■ When we judge that resale is not possible

 

* Regarding matters other than the above, if there is a request at the time of transaction, we will present it without delay.
